21. MODULAR PROMOTION

21. Design Message

Modular design promotes you and then associates you with like minded groups to promote them.

21. Design Aim

I design with the intention of encouraging the wearer to express themselves and to build their own new looks, their own promotion wear.

Each garment gives freedoms for you to promote you and connect you with others to promote them.

I aim to design simple styles where my cuts, measurements, exaggerated shapes, neutral colour palettes and double lined manufacturing techniques are unique, recognisable and interchangeable. You are left to make them personal to you. Heavy duty snap fasteners secure items together creating a new one piece garment.

There is one line, we are all equals on that line. We are all connected as One on the line and somehow here because of a Greater One. We can promote Oneness by promoting ourselves and by promoting each other.

The line symbolises on a bigger level our right to choose the others who we want to represent us. We also have the right to be included in group decisions that ultimately lead to the Oneness we aim for.

21. Design Inspiration

Some of my design inspiration comes from You Tube. You Tube searches listed below for lyrics, concept, costumes and movement.
